APPLICATION FOR WITHDRAWAL OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED PETITION.

MAY IT PLEASE YOUR HONOUR:-

            It is most respectfully and humbly submitted by the Petitioner as under:-

1.         That the Petitioner has filed above mentioned Petition  No. _____ of 20____ against the Respondent for maintenance before this Hon’ble Court.

2.         That the Petitioner and Respondent have amicably settled their dispute between each other. Further they want to file Mutual Consent Divorce Petition.

3.         It is therefore require to withdraw the above mentioned petition to avoid the multiplies of the proceedings in the name of petitioner and the respondent.

4.         In light of the said understanding between both the parties, the petitioner no more wishes to pursue the aforesaid matter and seeks permission from this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the same.

IT IS THEREFORE PRAYED:-

a.)   That this Hon’ble Court, may be pleased to allow the petitioner herein to withdraw the instant Petition No. _______ of 20____

b.)   And such other or further order as may be deemed fit and proper.
